. State Trustee's Report From Lodge 124 State Trustee

As State Trustee
for Suffolk County Lodge #124 it is my duty to attend meetings of the State Board and keep the membership of the Lodge
informed of matters of concern. In keeping with this mandate I would like to pass along the following FOP matters that
have come to my attention.
2/15/12 - State Board Meeting News
On February 15th, 2012 I
attended the monthly State Board meeting at the NYS FOP Headquarters. The meeting was rather uneventful and
discussions focused on Lodge compliance and how the Lodges need to do more with the State Lodge and help them out by attending
events, donating money for events, etc.. Joseph Chierchio, Administrator of the Deputy Sheriffs and Peace Officers
Foundation gave a presentation about the foundation and offered free membership (unknown how long) to FOP members. Please
