The "Law Enforcement
Officers' Safety Act" (LEOSA)
and
S. 1132 - The "Law Enforcement Officers' Safety Act Improvements Act"
H.R. 218, also known as the "Law Enforcement Officers'
Safety Act" (LEOSA), was enacted in 2004 and is a Federal Bill that allows two classes of persons, the "qualified
law enforcement officer" and the "qualified retired law enforcement officer", to carry a concealed firearm
in any jurisdiction in the United State, regardless of any state or local law to the contrary, with certain exceptions.

H.R. 822
The "National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act of 2011"
H.R. 822, also known as the "National Right-To-Carry
Reciprocity Act of 2011", would allow individuals with valid state-issued concealed firearm permits or licenses to carry
in any other state that issues concealed firearm permits or licenses, or in any other state that does not generally prohibit
the carrying of concealed firearms.
