We are always looking for people interested in joining our organization.

Who Can Join?

We invite anybody that is an active or retired member of Law Enforcement interested in the issues and topics we focus our efforts on to join. Members must be able to provide proof of eligibilty and dedicate enough time to participate and make a difference in the organization.

Benefits of Joining

There are several benefits to becoming a member of our organization. Aside from the friendship, camaraderie, social and professional networks we all share, there are several FOP-Sponsored benefits our members recieve as well. Some of these benefits include:

- Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance - Active and Associate members in good standing who have joined prior to age 63 and whose names are on file with the State Lodge are eligible to receive a ($10,000) benefit until the age of 70. The benefit is reduced to ($5,000) after age 70. Coverage is On or Off the job.

- Survivors Aid Death Benefit - up to $750 to beneficiary of an active/retired law enforcement member only until the age of 63, with 5 years continuous membership (after the age of 63 is $250).

How Can You Join?

To join we need a completed application, a copy of your Law Enforcement ID and membership dues for the first year. Please contact us for more information, come down to one of our meetings or complete the application and mail it along with a photocopy of your Law Enforcement identification. Please note that we cannot process your application without a copy of your Law Enforcement ID.
